repaint back bumper cost .

hey my back bumpers clear coat is starting to come off . it aint that bad yet . but i wanna repaint eventually in future . how much u guys think will cost me to repaint the back bumper only ,? il take it off my self n take it to the body shop .

oh ight yea i was thinking about 200 to 300 . just wana see what u guys think, one of my friends told me around 600. thats a bit pricy.

I had a couple of quotes to R&R the front cover paint/clearcoat for $450.00. Rear should be a bit less

depends the body shop and quality of products they use. To clear coat alone I would say around $300-$450 for a good shop with quality products. I've found some guys that would clearcoat for around $100, but their work isn't great and the same with the products.

Bumper cost

I recently when for service to my local dealership in NY and while I was there they had a SPECIAL in which they would repair and paint your bumper (front or rear) for $325 each. they told me it would be a couple of hour job, you take your car in the morning and drive away early in the afternoon.
