Removing the Fuel Cut?

Greetings folks,

Long story short, I've had one too many scenarios in my FX50 where I turn onto a street with oncoming traffic, give the 'ol girl some gas, expecting neck-breaking acceleration and ear-to-ear grins, and instead I get fuel cut and severe testicle shrinkage. My hypothesis is that this has something to do with the traction control killing power whenever it detects any tire slippage. Can anyone confirm this and provide methods of removing the fuel cut?

Thanks in advance!

Haha. Yes! I have run into this issue many times and I believe I had the traction control off during one sharp turn I was making and fuel got cut off.
The car accelerates really well in a straight line but in cornering the stability control seems to be a little too aggressive to my taste.
