The bottom screws on both front splash guards simply turn and turn. Is there a trick to getting them out? Thanks.

If it already "turn and turn", how can you hole the other side of the stuck bolt? Unless you can reach in there somehow to hold it from turning while drilling. GL. Post some pics if you have some :)

I actually loosed up the plastic the runs the length from fender to fender. I reached in and even though the screw spun, I could not feel it spin inside. The rear splash guards use a bolt instead of a screw. Not sure what is going on here. Are the screws for the splash guard simply screwed into the existing plastics?

When I took off my splash guards I ran into the same problem. If I remember correctly its like an actual screw, so what I did was loosen it enough for me to get a needle nose pliers in there and pull them out. Hope this helps.

I used a flat screwdriver and wedged it between the screw and trim and put some force on it. It still would spin and not come out at all. I am going to replace the guard due to all the epoxy on it I must have driven through. That is, if I can get it out. Incidently, when I removed the closest bolt on the moulding from fender to fender and got my hand behind there, I found a good bit of road grime. I am thinking that on the next nice weekend I am going to remove that moulding as well and clean behind it. Of course I have to figure out how to remove it.

According to the only instructions I found, they are push pin type connectors.

I am going to look at it when it stops raining. I am going to order a new set of front splash guards from Circle Infiniti I believe via ebay. Does anyone know if I can buy just the fronts outright at any dealer? If I run into an issue I am going to take it to the dealer for the swap.
