You have to pry of that plastic trim that covers the two bolts that hold it on. It's a little pain to get off.

^ Just a tip, notice the orientation of the clip holding the taillight in. While facing the tailights after you have already removed the bolts, it is easier to pry towards the side (Pry driver's side taillight to your left, instead of towards you) to remove it.
