Red FX35 Owner

Just want to say a quick hello to everyone. I have been lurking around this forum for the last month or so while contemplating on purchasing a FX.
Well, I was lucky enough to get one with the color which i always want in a vehicle (red) and some additional tech goodies such as - navigation, back-up camera, rear DVD entertainment center and last was the interior color (saddle - as known in the Lexus community).

Additional facts:
2003 FX35
I hail from Queens, NYC
Vehicle was purchased from Legacy Infinity in Lynbrook, NY.

FX35 Pro:
Handling is exceptionally pleasurable.
Absolutely love the back-up camera - saved me a lot of damages when parking in tight Manhattan spots.


FX35 Cons:
Random knocking noise coming from the engine bay area when vehicle starts-up.
Space - interior storage compartment is not big as expected. I traded a Lexus LS400 for the FX and to my surprise the car had more storage space including the trunk.
Gas is so/so I fill-up about two times per week.

Welcome to iS and funny I also have a gs I'm going to take some pics of them together tho not near as nice as yours.. that was m fav fx color wish I could have gotten that one I still love my ivory pearl tho
 
We welcome all types of cars. your GS looks hot. I love VIP styled cars.

Nice choice on the FX, and the colour, looks like you got the 20" wheels on there as well already.
