Rear Signal Bulb options?

Picked up our new EX yesterday and love everything about the vehicle except for one small nit that I need to pick. The rear signal is amber. As we looked at several new vehicles I saw a few EX's driving and from the rear the amber turn signal just looks wierd to me. Has anyone tried to replace the bulb with a red LED bulb and if so how did it look?
