REar Hatch won't open on FX35

Hey guys, just as the topic states, my rear hatch won't open , either from inside or by remote, I can do the manual over ride lever thing, but other than that it's dead. Blown fuse or something ? Have to take it to the dealer I guess, I called them we had a lot of colds temps lately they said "maybe it froze" uh oh really ? lol...
 
Pretty sure is not a blown fuse. I don't think there is a fuse for the hatch. I had the same problem on my 1st Gen. I tried to switch the controller module with another 1st Gen to determine if it is the controller or the lock itself. Turns out it is the lock.
