Rear Fog lights behind the reflectors?

I LOVE the rear fog lights of my bmw x6,
I have seen a black matte fx35 (dont remeber who it was) a few months ago with lights behind his rear reflectors... is there a DIY for this? what kind of lights should i use? should i use LED strips of som sort? does it require me to completly remove mr rear bumper??
omg i really want to do this modd !!!!!!!

I did it with two led strips.
Need to open rear deflector glue strips and seal it with a silicone.

OMG those look awesome!!!!!! i want them!!! ive been looking for some LED strips for some time now but could not find the right width for them
Can you cut the LED strips? so they can fit in? did you remove the rear bumper of do the reflectors just pop out ? ... have you had any problems with them? my main fear is they fail after a car wash or somthing :eek.:
