Where can i buy just the trim piece for the rear bumper. i can find the whole bumper but not sure how to get just the trim piece. i plan to cut one trim piece to fit a exhaust close to bumper without extending tips

I would strongly recommend extending the tips past the bumper or else you may experience more cabin noise

i plan to get tips to back of bumper, i want to extend the pipes from res to muffler and get the chrome dual mufflers close to the bumper instead of extending the pipe from muffler to tip. the tips are close to the muffler setup. it is for a g35/350z. does that make sense?

you cant extend the midpipe and expect to push the muffler back w/o extending tips ... there is a curve part of the exhaust that goes over the rear axle. You will have to extend at the midpipe and at the tips.
