Hay the electronic button to open up my back trunk door stopped working. I can’t figure out why. Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do to fix. It’s a pain to not have access to the back like that!:mad::tears:
 
Happened to me before. I would recommend bringing it in to the dealership to diagnose. Apparently there is a computer that gets frozen when the hatch gets slammed shut as opposed to let down and close itself too many times. THe dealership reset the computer and it resolved. Free of charge. Hope this helps.

Are you talking about the big black rubber switch, or the small silver one that unlocks the hatch (I think it's for intelligent key models only)?

My small silver unlock switch (I think it's called a door "request switch") doesn't work most of the time. Some odd times, it works. I think something got rusted out and the contact is no good.
