That's not wrapped, that's a carbon fiber dash kit. The gloss you see is the resin they finish the kits with. But look closely, you'll see that the kit is just stuck on top of the pieces. If you go to their website and look at the enlarged pics, you can very easily tell the kit is just stuck on.
