I saw somebody talk about it on another thread and they said it was compatible but does anyone actually have this knob installed/pics? Im about to wrap my center console and shift plate in 3m Di-noc carbon fiber wrap which i was introduced to by that member from japan who had his headlights wrapped in it.( http://www.facebook.com/pages/3M-DI-NOC-Carbon-Fiber/250994630617 ) Looks really good and doesnt look cheap ike some may think. Razo makes a shift knob that is black and carbon and i think it would all match really well ( http://www.carmate-usa.com/html_razo/razo_shift_at_quick.htm )

Im wrapping the center aluminum shift panel/console bc it got all scratched up somehow like the oem look but like i said it doesnt look good all scratched up!

I have black interior btw

I think if done correctly that would turn out pretty sick..... good luck! haha

But...
sometimes the vinyl stickers can look good, but still don't look like the real thing...

YA thats the thing with this stuff it is high quality, textured and has a raw carbon fiber feel to it. Its not like the cheap stuff they just print off the computer lol. Its pretty expensive too. For the amount that i need its $100+

good stuff, and I m sure you will post up pics once the dash is done. as for the RAzo, I dont see a "button" like a Momo knob. I would think it will need to have a shift release button to work. plus on the razo page, it indicates its specially made for honda?! maybe it has a push down feature for shift lock release.

Im not sure about the button i know i need it for it to work/ i saw on another thread here that it was in fact compatible ill have to call Razo

RAZO RA89 Silver Quick Auto Shift Knob

Item Code:
CM-RA89

Description:
RAZO developed this series of shift knobs exclusively for Honda, Acura and selected Mitsubishi with automatic transmission. (not applicable for vehicles equipped with O/D)

Shift knob has silver aluminum finish, light weighted quick shifting with stylish slim design.

Automatic Transmission only. Just push and shift.

All the instructions and hardware are included.

It should be compatible as it should just push down to release. The reason they state Honda and Mitsubishi is that those cars don't use overdrive buttons. A lot of Nissans (especially older ones) use o/d buttons.

I've worked with Vinyls for about 13 years (sign shop) If you do, do this wrap i'd suggest testing different clean products on it to make sure they dont dull or scratch the vinyl

They talk about the quick shifts with this knob. What does that mean? A quick shift into drive, haha?

I dunno how think it is i havent ordered it yet but from what ve seen it is very easy to work with. It seems the best way to apply it is with a heat gun so ill prob have to go out and buy one, dont want the edges to be folding up after a couple months!
