25 yards will cover an entire vehicle. You will absolutely need a 60" roll, any width less than that and you will be stitching for panels, and it will look like shit.
I bought 35+ yards, and I have so much material left over I can wrap another vehicle...lol
3m, Hexis (Zebra's vehicle) , Oracal, Avery (My vehicle), arlon. < All very reputable brands for vinyl, can't really go wrong with any of them from what I understand.
EDIT: In all honesty, there is three panels on the FX that are difficult, the rest of the car is a breeze. Those three panels are: the hatch, the back bumper, and the front bumper.
You will have to seam the material where the rear fender transitions into the C pillar, other than that all the rest of the panels should be one piece if done correctly.
