Random pic of your car thread

That's FX #2. I sold mine and have been learning the art of fiberglass repair on that bumper. After four tries I finally have something that can be painted by a pro. ;)

Teach us oh Master Tim the art of fiberglass :)

I'm guessing it's similar to a process of making a surfboard?
 
Uhhhh, let me clarify. I did not create that bumper. That is the "rookie bumper" that came on the second FX I bought. It was fairly heavily damaged (big hole in the front from a trailer hitch or something, tons of spider cracks, a couple cracked and broken tabs, etc...) and I repaired it myself. I am nowhere near capable of molding something that big by hand.

Yea for some reason I see the pictures and just stare at it like, wtf? Pictures really don't do them justice and the way the car sits right now either.
