Lol yeah the car was bought new in '06, the gold trim was $5,000 installed from the dealer.
Thing is.. at first, I didn't like it because I thought it was tacky, but now it has grown on me
it makes my FX unique from the other OB FX's, lol I plan on debadging the "FX35" emblem
and smoking the chrome around the license plate part.. but leaving the "I N F I N I T I" gold still.

I plasti dipped the grill before (pics are somewhere on this forum) but I removed it because
wax got on it.. leaving a permanent residue. So I plan on powdercoating it gloss black and leaving
the emblem gold. Black and yellow.
