I've got a puzzling issue going on. One day, I noticed my radio simply shutdown while driving, went to turn up the volume and there wasn't any sound. When I got to the next red light, I shut down car and turned it back on - still no audio and radio isn't responding to any cd, dvd, or radio selection.
The next morning I started car and radio popped on with no issues - Worked for about 3 weeks, then just stopped again and its been 5 weeks with no radio.
I've visually checked all the fuses both in the cabin and in the engine compartment - all looked fine. Cigarette lighter works, so do cabin light and nav system is fine.
Any ideas what could be going on? Seems like there may be a connector that needs to be re-seated but hoping someone may have a suggestion.
Thanks in advance, got a road trip comin up in 3 days and have two kids going with....6 hours will be hell with no radio!
