i had a friend who got a ticket and tried to fight it because the cop put the wrong vehicle model down (civic vs accord). I think he said the judge laughed at him (trial by judge i guess.. it was a long time ago).

And that's why you don't speed in school zones. Maybe 2 over, but that's all I will do. One time I completely missed one and went through it at normal speed.
