QX80 Classifieds Rules and Template (**Must Read**)

Read the whole thread before posting an ad.

The classifieds section is provided as a benefit for our members to sell, trade, or ask for items they may be looking for. Please use this section with caution and if you feel that a deal or item is "fishy" or "too good to be true" please go with your instincts. We at InfinitiScene have no way of telling if any item(s) in the classifieds section is a scam, so please use caution. Scammers will not be tolerated and InfinitiScene will disclose any information we have about the scammer to any requesting authority.

The Rules:

• Sellers must have 25+ posts before selling on InfinitiScene.
• All items must include a price.
• Actual photos of the items are required (Ads without images will be deleted).
• Item photos must include a handwritten sign showing your USERNAME and CURRENT DATE.
• Handwritten signs may not be computer generated or photoshopped into the image.
• Only 1 item per Ad. (Create multiple Ads for multiple items.)
• Locations must always be used or visible in your profile.
• Please post in the proper Forum (For Sale, Wanted, Trade, Group Buys).
• Post items in the proper categories.
• No unsolicited selling through private messages (PM's) or by any other means.
• The "Group Buy" section is only for Vendor GB's and GB Feelers.
• No Member Feelers, you either have the items for sale or you don't.
• Group Buys must be started by the Vendor.
• Ads not following the "Classifieds Rules" will be deleted without notice.

Buyers:

• Use Caution!!
• Check around about the seller before buying (posts, location, etc.)
• Only pay with trusted payment options (paypal, CC, etc.)
• Ask for a tracking number (this should not be a problem for the seller).
• Ask if shipping insurance is included, or pay extra and have the seller include shipping insurance.
• Do not send any kind of payment if you do not have 110% confidence about the transaction or seller.

Sellers:

• Use Caution!!
• Check around about the buyer before selling (posts, location, etc.)
• Only accept trusted payment options (paypal, MO, CC, etc.)
• Provide a tracking number or request signature confirmation (this not only is a benefit for the buyer but can also help protect you).
• Include shipping insurance or provide an option for the buyer to pay extra for shipping insurance.
• Do not sell any item or accept any payment if you do not have 110% confidence in the transaction or buyer.

Maintenance:

• Ads older than 90 days from the last reply will be moved out of view to keep the classifieds current. If you still have the item available you may bump it.
• Items must be marked "CLOSED" when CLOSED so we know when to close the thread. Also, this helps you from getting PM's from interested members.
• Any Ads not following the "Classifieds Rules" will be instantly deleted without notice.

InfinitiScene provides a classifieds section as a benefit to our members. InfinitiScene will not be held, involved, or be responsible for any transactions or issues. All issues must be resolved between seller and consumer. **By using the "Classifieds" or "Selling" on InfinitiScene you are agreeing that you have read and understand these rules. You agree to these rules and are in no way going to hold InfinitiScene responsible for any fraudulent, negative transactions, or other issues. InfinitiScene reserves the rights to ban or discipline any user as we feel necessary, with or without notice. Bottom line is please protect yourself (buyer and seller).

Template and Example:
Use the following template when posting a FS ad.

Payment Type(s) Accepted: PayPal / Cash / Etc.

Description and Images: Post a thorough description of the item with pictures. Remember, pictures must include a handwritten sign with your username and current date. Follow all the rules above or else your ad will not be approved and will be deleted.

Approval Process:

If all of the rules were followed and the proper format was used, allow at least 24 hours for staff approval. Ads not following all of the above rules or the requested template format will be deleted with or without notice. If, after being fully approved, your ad will be publicly displayed.
