Congrats on your purchase .I just recently purchased a 2014 QX70S 5.0 and I love it.
One thing I would seriously research with a modified exhaust is the drone. I used to have a BMW and after really extensive research I opted for original BMW exhaust which was supposed to have the least amount of drone. I was very disappointed, the car sounded great when pushed hard but the drone was unbearable under low Rpm.
My advice is make sure you know what the risks are before you decide .
Good luck and let me know how it turns out if you opt to upgrade the exhaust.

ARK exhaust will sound good on the 3.7, HKS are nice to.
If you do not go with the hi flow cats it will be ok, as fore the drone.
check you tube for sound videos.

Thank you for the response. i have an M3 as well and i only did cat back because i thought anything else would be too loud. i jus received my invidia exhaust today and also got cat back . you think ill be all set with any drone noise?

ok cool. ya i jus did cat back . thank you. i thought the INVIDIA sounded a lil deeper and not to crazy compared to the ARK. anyone making a software tune yet?

To me, exhaust drone is very very subjective. Depends on what you used to drive and on your tolerance to the low frequency noise/vibration .I am highly sensitive to these noises! Any modified exhaust is going to have a bit more drone compared to the stock exhaust. Whether you pick up on that is highly up to the individual.
My only advice is to keep the stock exhaust so you can revert to that setup if things go south for you! But let me know how it turns out either way, good luck.
JT312 heres my set up with the invidia exhaust. However, i also did resonated test pipes and uprev tune.

Thanks brother! There was no drone at all until i added the resonated test pipes. But its freakin awesome at WOT. I found the intakes online, i think on ebay, they were for the G37.
You have that awesome limited model!!! My last upgrade is to get those clear taillights man i love those. Nice ride!!

Man im sorry i cant find the short straight ones anywhere. Theres a curved one made for the Q50(same 3.7 engine) on ebay but im not sure how much modification it will take to work. Sorry!
As for the CAI and exhaust, no it wont void the warranty. And no spacers.

do you have spacers on your car? if so where did you get them? i was ordered 15mm front 25mm but the place i ordered from is going to take way to long . anyidea where i can order H&R?
I think you can find spacers at, autoanything, carid, ebay and tire rack just to name a few. Also you can research spacers on this forum and find where other guys have purchased.
Yeah I like it. I wish it was 3in instead of the 2.5 but its all good!!

Hey I found the intakes on the STILLEN.com website. Look at intakes for a 2013 FX37.
