quick help needed about drm spacer

im thinking about diy ing tomorrow the spacers came
i do not own a torque wrench so i went to autozone
but they only had 150-500lb capacity.... i think we need somethig
around 85lb torque right?
my rotors look kinda rusty by where the drm will sit so im just
going to scrape it off put some antirust sparay and doit do you think that's
good?
how much are the torque wrench? where can i get em?

put antiseze on it, but VERY little and DO NOT get it on the studs by any means. This will help removal too after a winter.
