Quick fog question

I'm going to be changing my fog lights to HID'S very soon, I was curious as to what color I should get? Should I match them with the Headlights? Or 3000k?
Anyone have pics of either? Thanks!
And also, can anyone recomend a good website to buy from as well as a good brand bulb?? Thanks again!
 
Please look in all the threads that have to do with your subject as there are many and I am sure you will find pictures and answers to your questions.
 
It's really personal preference. I like the crisp white/hint of blue, so I went with 6000k for both. I haven't received them yet though, so I don't have any pics and can't comment on it yet.
 
Do a search on Ebay, and you'll find many of the sellers do post pictures of different color bulbs. Do keep in mind the actual color might be a little different from the pictures due to various variables, but you'll get the idea.

Don't do that, I swear all they do is take one picture of the headlight, and then tint it whatever color they think is close to the bulb color.

Their bulbs are warrantied for life right?^

Per their website, fog kits are for life, bulbs are 1 year, but it's the same bulb in the fog kits. They don't know what ballast they will be connected to, so the replacement bulbs cannot be warrantied.

Mine left San Diego last night. They say they will get out orders the same day if it's placed before 4 pm. Didn't happen for me, in fact including a Sunday, it took 48 hours. Not really a big deal though. The only thing I'm worried about is customer service if I lose a bulb.

I got 6000k all around. I like the slight blue hue. Mine arrive tomorrow, they got into Texas tonight, and I plan on installing tomorrow and doing some pics if possible at night.
