yeah there you go you dont have to take off the bottom for just the bulb, but if you have to replace the lens or play with HID ballasts like I do, you have to take off the bottom and it sucks

H8 is the correct bulb. And taking off the plastic isn't that bad, well at least for me because I'm missing half of those stupid bolts.

i suggest the 'org' way that ejay posted if its warm weather as it is easier. I replaced my fogs today (trying to climb a mountain of snow in a parking lot was a BAD idea) and could not use the org way as it was freezing, the plastic would not move out of the way as it was not as bendable. Not sure if weather was an issue but ive done this a million times before in the summer and the plastic was easily pushed out of the way. The method of removing the plastic on the bottom of the card is much more annoying, imo, but had to resort to that today

the bulbs or the lens? What did you replace? I need to replace one of my lens so i was wondering if i had to take the bumper off or not...

i replaced the bulbs, not the lens. If you replace the lens im pretty sure your bumper has to be removed

Nothing has to be removed at all!!!

There are two soft plastic covers on both sides (you can feel it with your hands), just move those away and you have full access to your fogs. I changed 2 fog light modules without removing anything at all. You just need a lot of patience and flexible wrists (you kinda work blindly). Look at the assembly, visualize it in your head and get going.

It took me all of the 20 minutes to change and adjust 2 of my cracked fogs.

Here's the instrauctions:

1. push the plastic cover away
2. the fog light is held in the panel socket by the 10mm bolt on the top (reach in to feel it)
3. go in from the top with a 10mm socket, unscrew the top bolt
4. pop out the fog light from the 2 bottom clips and disconnect the wire
5. clean the socket from the inside
6. install a new one
7. poor yourself 4 beers into a big mug, chug it down and pat yourself on the back :)

so you from underneath and take those plastic covers off, correct? I'm down there all the time to play with my HIDs

no, I don't think you have to take any plastic covers from underneath off.

The soft plastic covers I am talking about can be located by:
-face the vehicle
-put your wrist through the air vent (gap, opening, whatever you want to call it).
-these plastic covers are located to the right and left of the fogs (on the sides), just press them in a bit, get a grip and easily pull it in or out (NOT FULLY, just enough to give yourself some room to work).
- get in there with a 10mm sockets and get it done! :)

while you CAN work from underneath to change a bulb or whatevs, I found it REALLy uncomfortable, even impossible to take the fog assembly out completely.
