Question on the fuel gauge...?

How is everyone doing. I am new here. I just sold my G35 coupe and got the FX35. I notice that infiniti has a problem with the fuel gauge as I did with my old car as well. So the other day I fill up my FX35 with 93 gas and it fill up @ $40??? and it did not go to full when I looked at the fuel gauge ? My question is does anyone else have that problem here ? if so how did you fix it? how much mpg do you avg with your fx35 and also what type of gas do you guys put into the fx35? I hear that 89 runs great with the fx's ?

*I have read some members had problems with there float in the gas tank, they had them changed at the dealer.

*I had a problem with the fuel gauge on my 05 FX35 too.
The problem was that when I filled up the whole tank, the fuel gauge read it's not full.
Took it to the dealer and they told me something's wrong with the fuel sensor.
They replaced the sensor under the warranty and the problem was fixed :)

*I always put 93 gasoline at BP. BP always works great for me. I either go to BP or Shell. Sometimes I add octane booster just for fun hehe
