Quad Projectors Possible?

Haha, I wish... No updates that are worth pictures. I've literally spent every day for the last 6 weeks working on my loft. Redid all the cabinets, installed some sliding doors, and a bunch of other stuff. That and I'm in the process of shopping for a car as a present for my wife has basically sucked up all my time.

Right now I've got some turn signal LED's on order, so once they get here, I'll find a way to mount them. I've spaced out the projector lenses onto the turn signals, everything looks good so I'll epoxy that shortly. And I've dropped off my headlight lenses to be polished. Things have just gotten really slow on this project, I see why it takes some people a year to finish. It's not that things take a long time to do, it's just that you spend forever staring at it and test fitting stuff together dozens of times to get one idea that works.

LOL thats exactly what i did. and once you do it, ahhh crap it dont fit LOL. After it all fits, the hard and time consuming part is sanding the epoxy to make it smooth.

haha, that is so true... for every minute you spend actually doing something you probably spend at least another 10 minutes looking at it and thinking :) you know you're in trouble when the smoke starts to pour out of your ears :)

LOL so true. i gave up at one point cause it was a pain in the ass. still is as i got to realign it in the summer but as for now it works :). only took a full year haha

There were points where I'd work on it for 3 days and at the end actually have no progress since none of the ideas worked. I'm actually glad that I took some time off from the project. I was getting angry with it; now that I've stepped away, I actually have a desire to get back to it. Maybe in a few weeks when I get my wife's new car, I'll be motivated to finally finish. It's a BMW with OSS modified headlights and they're pretty.

It lives!

Sort of anyways. Made some progress, the dummy projector lens is spaced out w/ PVC piping and fitted. Everything is painted flat black. Next project is to paint all of the the cutoff shields red and fabricate a cutoff shield for the dummy projector. Should give it a nice demon eye look. I'm debating what to do w/ regards to LED's. Not going angel eyes, have thought about putting them behind the shrouds, but w/ 3 shrouds, that's a lot of light. Probably going to keep it simple and maybe a straight bar across the bottom Mercedes style.
