Purchasing aftermarket extended warranty

I need advice I may keep my fx it's 2004 fx35 101k
i avg 8k miles a yr driving on fx


my friend works a local auto sales is selling me an extended warranty for $1,2k full up front for 5yrs 100k power train ONLY

or

AAA is selling me $2,8k for 4yrs 48k and includes powertrain, electrical and some other stuff which almost covers everything and I can put a $350 down and $135 per mo for 18mos.


so for anyone over 100k is it worth it to get full warranty or just get the powertrain warranty?

5 more years and another 100k of coverage? I definitely get it, my engine fail at 114k , out off extended warranty, but got my ECU, map sensor, ground wired, all ignition coil, rear window lock, 30 days loaner waiting for new ECU on back order, fixed right before warranty expired, 1200 is a good deal for 100k, I paid 1400 for 30k or 3years

So should I purchase the full warranty then? Or just the powertrain? Does the fx have common elec problems that I should get full warranty or just powertrain is bestbuy?
