Good Day people. I happen to be looking in my Modified Magazine while sitting on my thrown and notice a little article about the VQ35DE V6. Well it all stems from an article about the Pulstar Pulse spark plugs. From the reading I did it looks like it can add six percent increase in HP to your car. They had a 06 Nissan 350Z Roadster, which was pushing 239.7 WHP with only 1200 miles on the odometer, it pushed out a +10.4 WHP (250.1) increase after five consecutive pulls on the dyno. Of course the number you see there is the best they were able to get out of it.
The real Question is if this is something to look into. With a price tag of about $24.95 a plug you’re looking at about close to a $150 :err:. Now to me that sounds pretty prices for only that much of an improvement. I mean I would rather throw money at a bigger bang for the buck. Plugs are important but are they $150 important for an everyday driver.
