Just wanted to drop a line in. Haven't been on the blog much lately but I still love catching up and seeing everyone's rides look so nice!!

I've had this thing since winter 2003 and entering it's seventh year, at 75K miles, I love it more and more everyday. All my buddies are getting new cars and lately, I've been thinking about it myself but every time I wash and polish her up, I can't stop staring at my FX like the first day I got it. Now more so with the mods I've done.

Can I just say how well this car was designed? 7 years later and a couple of coats of wax and it still looks like something straight out of the design room.

Anyway, I'm preaching to the choir here, but just wanted to let everyone know. Here's a quick iPhone pic I snapped.

Really nice FX. I totally know what you mean. I feel the same way. Before, I would get bored of a car and would get rid of it in less then 2 years or maybe even a year. But the FX I don't get bored of.
 
Rides great with cut springs. Just make sure you get a good alignment after installing new springs.

Thanks everyone for the kind words:

1) i believe it's a 1/2 coil cut up front, unaltered in the back (I like that raked look)

2) the wheels are Axis GT-Rs, 20x9 and 20x10.5 rear staggered. An older discontinued style from Axis but I love em and when the original silver finish was getting old, I had them powdercoated satin black along with my exhaust pipes.

3) I do agree, silver on black looks good. Everyone's Murder'd out or stormtroopin' their rides. Dare I say I "Raider'd" out my ride?
