Well i finally made the best decision i have ever made. i got an 05 fx35. i needed to get a "family car" with out being the loser in a mini van. (no offense to who ever drives a mini van) after looking at all the suv's the fx was by far the best looking performing and sounding suv. it has a growl to it, i get gitty when i hear the exhaust going down the road ( lame i know )

i like the fact that there are so many tuning options out there for it. reminds me when i was 18 tuning my 240sx. well i cant wait to start modding the crap out of this and make it a nice " family car" haha
 
Hey man, welcome to the scene. Glad your enjoying your FX. Don't worry, the majority of us get all gitty when we hear our exhausts. Sometimes I drive with the windows down and with the radio off just to hear the exhaust. hahahaha

What mods are you planning on doing?
 
well i already tinted the windows and threw a sub in there. next plan is to get some 22's on there. from what i read 22's are the best option. gotta change the tail lights, paint the front head lights though i'm afraid i may mess that up. other than that whatever i mod gotta make sure i can sneak it by the old lady lol.

which 240 did you have? s13? s14? I always wanted one... and secretly i still do, however the girlfriend does not like it at all :frown:

i had an s14 with sr20det swap. hell of a car .. i miss it. but i'm sure i this will make up for the empty void. maybe one day i will get one again

Funny that you love that FX/Z sound. Have to warn though, it gets old.
Good thing, there are sweeter sounding options. Mod On!
 
Hey toncruse how do you like your wheels? i was browsing thru here and i saw ur wheels and i ove them. i may have to bite your style and grb me a pair but with a different color scheme
