so, i have an GENERAL question, which i am pretty pretty sure, we have all experienced at one time or more during our ownership of our beloved FX35/45.
my General question is that, what was the worst problem with Your FX, which totally pissed you off and made u say, i wish i had bought another car???
you can also list any other problem, which you had since you bought the car!!!

for example, i hate the OEM tires which come with the FX35.... they are bad, annoying and they make sound and they are not gripppy enough....:err:

so that was an example... so pretty much anything counts... pour your heart out.

Welcome to the site - and I dont think theres that many issues with the FX line up.
The only thing that bothered me was the brakes squealing all the time but that was fixed when I got the Rotorpro rotors.

Welcome to IS

I LOVE my FX.

that said...

*I had the dealer replace the window trim due to fading (under warranty)
*OEM Goodyear RSA has a very firm sidewall. After market tires are better
*Rear brakes squeek when going reverse. (seems like a common problem with other cars also)
*cant think of anything else for me ...

my only complaint is with the squeaks and rattles. they are very hard to track down, and annoy the shit out of me. i know it comes with the territory of having a sport tuned suspension, but still.

Rear visibility is poor.
Brake sqeek in reverse.
Minor vibration noise by where dash meets widsheild.
Fuel milage.
Faded window trim.
Other than that all good!!

No regrets getting the FX love it love it wouldn't want anytjhing else.
That being said get one you won't regret it.

Welcome to :iS: all things FX!:tup:

Welcome to the board.

I have yet to say "I should have bought another vehicle" after buying my FX. No issues with reliability.

I have this reoccurring problem with my driver side window. When i automaticly close it, sometimes i will come down a quarter of the way after closing. Have had it looked at by the dealer and reset, but i think it has to do with my wife "slamming" the door and knocking the sensor out of wack. Other then that pretty much same problems everyone else sees.

Still wouldn't trade it in for anything else. The best car of owned, so far.

Also, Welcome to the Scene.

+1

Best car I've ever owned...I've had small things with TSB's.... but nothing has come up to make me wish I had bought another car.

1. faded window trim (again!!!)
2. "pop" sound from suspension
3. bubbling dashboard
4. squeaking sound from seat rail
5. hatch struts

Wow.. I guess my baby being behaving really well. Cause the only thing I can say it's
1. It had a loss of power and poor fuel milage and a 2 month treatment of fuel injector/fuel system cleaner did the job. So she it's back to normal! So I use the treatment more frequently now just to keep her happy!
2. Minor vibration on the steering wheel.

That's it! And everytime I pushed her she never let me down.. I love my FX.

I forgot! Blowse system! the right dashboard speaker it's blown but the dealer will deal with it

I love my FX nothing that no one else hasn't said just the common items, brakes, seats, very minor stuff. the FX is a BEAST especially if ou have 537hp at the wheels
like someone we all know here.

Welcome to the scene.

I never wished that I've purchased another car, but I cringe every time I see another SUV that has the automatic hatch doors. For god's sake, even the cheapest SUV has this feature as standard, but why not the FX?

Camber

I like the aggressive negative camber alignment on the front wheels, OEM specs too. But I don't like how it wears out my tires. Too lazy to rotate my tires......

ANYONE know a good place that rotates tires for less than $10??

Other than that, I STILL enjoy staring at the FX after owning it for more than a year.
The drive never gets boring, and the looks stay sexy, wish all girls could be like that.....
