Problem: Metal creaking noises from the wheels at low speed

I just noticed unusual metal creaking noises from the wheels these couple days. The noises only become very loud and audible when i was at low low speed (speed that you cruise in the parking lot to find a parking spot around 15km/h or lower) with or without brake applied.

I have checked my brake pads and rotors. I still have lots of pads left and rotor were smooth no particularly noticeable scratches or lines.

Pads (Hawk HPS) and rotors (Powerslot slotted & drilled) were replaced the same time when I did my Akebono BBK conversion last summer.

I am suspecting the noises are from the axles, since there only noises when the car is in the move, but can't confirm. Any clue?

Thanks in advance for any advices or experiences sharing.

Have the same issue. I took off my center caps thinking it was the plastic flexing. Noise was still there. The noise comes and goes. Only at low speeds though. Gona take apart the front end and do some maintenance. See what i find. Gotta do my pads, rotors, cut springs, strut bearings, and sway end links.

Thx man. Keep me update plz. I will see if I got time over this weekend to take the brake apart at my friend's garage and will let you know if i can find something. It seems like the noise only happens when the brakes are warm.

i used to have this issue and despite checking the dust shield and everything else, i couldn't diagnose what exactly happened. funny thing is it's not there anymore. there are random instances of this happening but not every time i drive slowly as i used to.
