Pressure Sensor for brakes

I've had my VDC / Slip light on for a bit and found out today after getting some warranty work on my car that it was the ABS Pressure Sensor that went bad. Code C1142.

Was looking on Infinitipartsusa.com and i guess they don't just sell the sensor, and you have to buy the entire master cylinder for the brake fluid.

Need help figuring out if its need to buy the entire cylinder or just the sensor itself?
 
The sensors are sold seperatly in the picture they are both called hydraulic pressure sensors the front one is part # 47240-AL500 and the rear one is part # 47240-CA020
 
thanks for the info, very helpful. now the hard part is trying to figure out which one went bad. i found a site with a good price using the part numbers but not sure if i should replace both or just the one that went bad.

would cycling the brake fluid help a little?? i read that someone else had this problem as well but they cycled the brake fluid and the light went out.
