Power rear lift gate

Being in a Luxury crossover/suv class that we're in, it is so retarded how Infiniti did not put this into account for us!!!

So i heard the 2010+ have this option. Wondering if there's a way to get a power lift gate system system installed to our vehicles? What are the procedures/cost to get this done?
 
I believe there's already a thread regarding, i remember it being a very big job and recall anyone actually pulled tjis off. Luckily i wasnt in hurry in purchasing, the power is a + for me

No he's wrong. Only 2011 models have the power liftgate, not the 2009-2010 models. And the only 2011 models that have the power liftgate are the ones with a build date after February 2011 and above.
 
It sucks that the 09's don't have them. But I found out the 2010-2011 FX35's don't have paddle shifters and aluminum pedals standard, one thing I'm glad my 09 has :-P
 
2010 are missing out on everything.. lol.. i actually want to add on the alumium pedals and paddle shifter.. there's a diy on the paddle shifters i seen on here.. might purchase it some day soon

Yeah their not standard on the FX50 too. I was talking to my friend at the dealer a while back and he said that there was no interest in the aluminum pedals and paddles when they were on the 09's, so they changed them from being standard to optional. I don't know if this is true, but he said most FX clients are older people and really don't care about things like paddle shifters and aluminum pedals.
 
wow that sucks....when I drive other people, about 50% chance someone will comment about the paddle shifters asking if I use them. Passenger notice quickly for some reason.
 
I know people on here would care about having those things because were enthusiasts, but out in the real world it probably doesn't matter to other's :-/
 
I'm a bit older and I absolutely love my paddle shifters, and use them all the time.
My aluminum pedals are sweet too.
 
they really changed the FX's around in terms of what it comes with =( i think 09 might have been one of the best years minus the tailgate. is it possible for us to put it in? =D
 
I would imagine it being a PITA and costs multiple arms and legs. There are so many things involved. Think about the actuator, the wiring, the key fob, everything. I would really love to have it in my 2010 but it just seems very difficult and hopeless Orz.
 
there was a russian guy on here that was looking into getting it added. but it required too meny mods to hatch head liner and crap like that. Forget what thread it was in sorry
