Power folding mirrors

Hi everyone,

Does the new FX come with power folding side mirrors and has anyone put them on their 1st gen FX35? Any info on where to buy..etc would be great.

Hi all, Did a bit of research and found out the power folding mirrors came with the 07+ FX45 and not the 35....Can the mirrors be fitted to an FX35 and if so are there any places that sell them or has anyone fitted them to their FX35?

Any info would be great..

It shouldnt be any problem - You just need to add two more wires and folding switch on you dash
(And of course mirror from 07/08 )

I tried contacting my local dealer regarding the power folding mirrors and was told that it would cost over $2K just for the parts due to electric modules that needed to be replaced in addition to the wiring and mirror housing.

A quick googling looks like those are the mirrors with folding capability. You will also need the switch and wire harness to make this works. Here is the part # for the switch; #25570EG010: Infiniti. Door Mirror Switch. Mirror switch. w/pwr fold mirrors

I don't think you can buy the harness the mirror or switch by itself. Most likely it will be the entire interior harness which is more pain in the but then just try to make/add whatever wiring you need to make it work.

I got fx45 pwr holding mirror, and then I'm modifying fx35 2004 model.
Regarding pin assignment, it has 13pin,
3pin adjusting mirror angle
2pin heater
2pin power holding
4pin mirror angle memory
I don't know remainings 2pin gray and brown harness.
Ｗhat is this?

So was the wiring already there, or did you have to run some wires to the mirrors from the switch?

I added 2 wires to SW from mirror to run motor for 12V and GND. Ｗhen you replace GND and 12V, motor reverce rotatation, it means to open and close mirror, 12V and GND replace with SW.
