this might sound really dumb, and if it does i'm fine with that haha. can you powdercoat 2003 infiniti centercaps? it seems like alot of the cars with powdercoated stock 20s either didn't have centercaps or had silver ones still. also, what is the best way to take off the center cap emblem without damaging it?

i've called about getting my centercaps painted and i've been told no matter what the paint won't match the powdercoating. any advice?

what color are you getting in PC?
I recommend getting a more common color, like gloss black. when I had the stockers done for JB, the center caps matched well. but he had to redo them cause it was a messy job from the the place I got them done at.

I just got my wheels powder coated semi glossy black and the powder coating place just painted the center cap to match as best as possible. It came out pretty much a perfect match. If you are going to powder coat the wheels black, its a pretty basic color and matching the center cap shouldn't be a problem at all.

I own a powdercoating business and we are able to get direct matches in paint to any powdercoat color through our supplier. Also some plastic items are able to be powdercoated if they can stand the heat but theres only one way to find out. lol. Also most painters should be able to scan the color and match it in liquid paint. If you need any help send me a pm.
