Hello all, as stated there may be a chance to get an aftermarket intake fabbed for the FX50/QX70S if their is enough interest. HPS, who for those unfamiliar with them, are a major silicone piping/intake manufacturer for a handful of cars. They currently make dual post MAF intakes for the Nissan 350Z/370Z and Infiniti G35 sedan, G37 coupe/sedan and many others. I contacted them on behalf of the M56/Q70S guys and inquired if they would be willing to produce a set for us since there is no aftermarket support for the M56 for CAI (M37 can use G35/G37 intakes). They responded rather quickly and said yes, they would love to fill this request and could have a prototype ready to test within the next 3 months. The Sales Rep also said, that if we knew anyone on the forums that was local (City of Industry, CA) and would want to test the prototype out that would be convenient. We have since found a candidate for the M56 prototypes. But then I remembered that there are no aftermarket intakes available for the FX50/QX70S as well. So, I wanted to come by and ask you guys if you would be interested in dual post MAF Silicone intakes at a very affordable price, to add some extra power without voiding your warranties (if your still under warranty). The G37/370Z community seem to be very happy with theirs and I'm sure you guys would be as well. So if you guys are interested please give me your input so i can spread the word and make this an option for the FX50/QX70 community...
