Well, I guess there's finally an alternative to the cheap plastic vc's.......

wow, these are one-off machined from billet aluminum... $900 is cheap for these believe it or not, especially fully polished too... too bad no HR though...

Great, Turbo's going to try and do this himself for his HR motor...then end up buying a factory and $100,000 in equipment to build these ....:tongue (2):

Those are from another nissan. If they custom machined that I would expect all the coil pack bolts to be usable. Rear breather port is blocked off and in the wrong position.

that would make more sense I guess, didn't look too hard at these, just assumed because they claim a few weeks to "make" them :tongue (2): what the hell would they be from though?

I think I was looking at the QX4 covers a long time ago. At one time they were metal.

Don't get me wrong that shop probably modified them and had the filler neck thing done, but they are gonna have some adjustment to be made for exact fit.

If the seals still need to be replaced every x miles, wouldn't this be a better solution?

I would not be so happy with all the coilpacks not bolted in. They semi rubber snug seal but the bolts are much more ideal to have in place.
