My check engine light came on two weeks ago. I got OBD reader and the fault code was P0455 (Evaporative Emission control system lead (gross leak).
I cleared the error and it came on again after few days. Also, I got loose fuel cap warning. When i checked the cap, it wasn't loose.
Then I decided to replace the fuel cap with new genuine one. two days later the light came on (also I got loose fuel cap). the same error code was showing (P0455).
I am not sure if this helps, but i replaced the spark plugs before the engine light problem, I got the light about a week later.
Any suggestion?
