That's a great loop. You need a couple of GEN 2s for the next run!

Will be awhile before I do another bear mountain run, next is prob a "Hawks Nest" by NJ's High Point State Park.

This thread has all the necessary info/maps/video for anyone new to that area. Just take it easy by the edges of the mountain.

great pics Rich, loving that MIRROR w/ reflection but where did you find the time to get the camera when all the twisties are in front of you? :nerd (2):
Lots of multitasking for sure!

I'd like to thank both Rich and soon for taking time in documenting this first bi-annual bear mountain outing :congrats: :burnout:

thanks for reminding me =) and stirring it up.
I'm a procrastinator since I had sold my CBR a year ago... :tongue (2):, for these types of runs.

Video 2, the same route re-loop'ed, follow/chase action:

After watch that clip, it looks like I'm the only one that tapped the brakes so many times. :sluggish: Next time we hit that road I'm going to make sure VDC is on all the time. lol :wink (2):

Talk about multi tasking. It was a handful for me just taking that road with VDC off, and your over there taking a shot of the rear? :eek.: Hands down to you Rich.

It’s not a real camera like the both of you guys, but snapped one with the camera phone.

My VDC is always on for those unsuspecting road conditions, dirt / leaves / small pebbles are in my viewing horizons.

Here's a slower video due the caught up traffic. Guess it's worthwhile since it's crossing of the Bear Mountain Bridge (landmark for the area):
