Performance QX70 S 5.0

I've got a 2014 QX70 AWD 5.0 and I also have a Stillen cat back exhaust new in the box from a 2015 Q50 3.7Ltr. From what I can tell, it may be able to be put on the QX70 with some slight fabrication.
I really like the sound of this exhaust on my Q50 and would love if I could put in on the Qx70.
Does anyone know if, A it would fit, and B if this is a terrible idea? LOL

Also, is there any cold air intake setups for the QX70? I'm struggling to find any performance parts for this vehicle.

As far as I know, there are no after-market cold air intakes in production. You'll have to fabricate your own. I'm not sure how much you would need to alter the Q50 exhaust to fit onto your 5.0, but I'd guess that it's probably not going to fit since we're talking two entirely different chassis and engine fitments. You're probably better off selling the Stillen and going with something that's made specifically for your car

The Q50 exhaust - you're better off selling it
Intake - there isn't one made but the factory intakes are very good I'd just switch the filters. There is already a cold air duct thru the grille.

I have K&N filters and custom test pipes / exhaust on my FX50 (and a tune) and love it. I've been through 4 different exhaust setups on mine...

Intakes. You can get them for a g37 & modify the tubes to fit the filters inside your front grille if you really want one that bad. I recomend afe.
Exhaust. Just get a system for a 09-15 fx35 & cut & modify the pipes after the cats to make em fit. The 5.0 has less piping due to the mid converters wich youll probably have to get test pipes for aswell.
I personally put 370z straight through mufflers on mine & had to modify the pipes at the mufflers. The 5.0’s muffler pipes are alot shorter than all the other cars.

Thanks, everyone that really helps. I was also looking at the Ark exhaust. Anyone know of any videos out there with one installed on 5.0? Also, where can I get a tune for the Qx70 and Q50 near Chicago?

So, I ended up taking the Stillen exhaust for the Q50, and had it installed on my QX70 as an axle back. The shop, just cut off the stock muffler, right at the resonators, and was easily able to make it fit. It turned out fantastic, see my attached pictures, but its still to quiet for my liking. Was thinking, to remove the 2 resonators, and see if it helps.

What do you guys think? Another thought, was to have them fabricate cat back with 2.5" tubing, and x pipe converting it to true dual exhaust.

Anybody have thoughts as to HP and Trq gains? I know Ark gives 10 or so Hp and Trq.

Today, I had resonators removed, sounds soooo good now, no drone, not loud, and that woke it up to, I can really feel it pulling now.
