yep, just a muffler replacement . If your looking for a full cat back, Invidia, nismo, hks, etc would be a better choice . But being a unemployed college student i settled for just the muffler lol.

some new toys just in time for christmas! (nothing too big though )

1st - Scan Gauge II from the iS Supporter's Raffle. Mounted it in front of the tach for fun. Its nice having a digital speedo/mpg/etc display and will come in handy when more codes have to be deleted... mwhaha

2nd - Tinted Tailights by Turbocad. John, did a great job on the tails and i love the look. Visibility has been preserved so hopefully le po-po wont harass me for them. Great guy and nice shop (more like a FX Museum :wub. Sorry i couldn't stay longer; had a doc's appt right after.

as compared to nismo, the flowmaster has a drone at around ~2200rpms, kind of annoying but i try to keep at the higher rpms anyways. The nismo though is definitely higher quality, and much more eye candy than the flowmaster . From what i remember, it seems as the nismo retains more of the unqiue infiniti sound than the flowmaster, which really just drops the tone a lot and increased volume. The tradeoff? i guess the flowmaster is much more friendlier on the wallet, hehe. No regrets on the choice though
