Passanger Side view Camera misaligment

Hello everyone,

My name is Valdir and I'm new to the forum so I hopefully someone in here can steer me in the right direction on how to fix my problem with my Infiniti FX35. I'm not going to lie, I love this car and it looks awesome!!! :smile (2): So to begin explaining my problem I bought the car in may and after have it for a few days I left it park on the side streets in Boston, the bad news for me is when my car got scratch up by someone and damage a little bit of my side mirror and and the doors and so on. I had to file a claim to get the damage repair, however when I pick up the vehicle from the body shop and park it a home and try to backed up I saw that my top view of the car didn't show the infiniti, it showed a rectangular and on each camera position there was little squares which represented the cameras:disapointed:. I notice that the camera was also misaligment, so I think that should be the problem. I wish I had pictures with me right now but I will upload them so you guys can see it. Hopefully I explained enough for you guys to get a better idea of my problem. Any help would be appreciated.
 
This happened to me when my passenger side mirror was replaced when my whole car was repainted.

Whats going on is that the around view camera computer isnt recognizing the new camera so it shows an X or rectangle over the screen. You have to take it dealer to have it reprogrammed.
 
:smile (2): Wow, thank you. So it is an easy fix then. I was nervous there would be no way around but that help a lot. So you know how much the dealer charges to reprogrammed it? I live in Germany so it might be a little harder for me. I guess frankfurt should have a Infiniti dealership. I'll take it up there so it can get fix. Thanks a lot!!
