Paper stuck between windshield / dash

Hi Guys,

Kinda an OCD issue here.

Just bought the car, theres a little slip of paper that I guess fell between the windshield and the dash. You can only see it if you view it through the windshield.

I tried using a tweezer, and couldn't reach it out. Kinda irritating me right now.

Any tips? vacuum?
 
stick a piece of double sided tape onto the end of a strip of aluminum foil and slide it into crack.
