Panic Alarm

I posted a thread a while back about my stock alarm going off every few hours. I took it to the dealership a few times and they didn't know what was making it go off. Now the panic alarm goes off about every hour. I had to take the horn fuse out but the lights still go on and off. I bought an aftermarket alarm, thinking that it would replace the old alarm. But it turns out that they install the aftermarket alarm onto the stock one. So my lights keep flashing. Its really annoying and it sucks that I cant use my horn. Does anyone know how to turn off the stock alarm? Or where the alarm chip is located?

Did you try taking the battery out of the key FOB to see if problem persists?

I've tried that. The battery has been out for months. :frown:

Maybe you can narrow down wich switch might be causing the issue there are a couple of schematics on this thread hope this helps.---

Maybe there is some wires that I can cut from the alarm that makes the lights flash and the horn go off. I just need to figure out which wires.

I'd leave it at the dealer until they fixed that ish........
