Painted 18 stockers !

I shall be painting well repainting my 18s again this sunday, they lasted very well for a year already in black, but after looking around different colors do look really nice preferably gun metal ? any ideas ? what do you prefer ? should i push it a bit and put a red stripe for the 18s ? :D

not this time, they came out really well last time i did them, im just gonna do them the same way

That's good. Just wanted to make sure you weren't going to spend a lot of money to repaint them then get rid of them soon.

I prefer black on black, but that would make sense since that's what I have.

Here's a comparison shot, granted these are 20's. Gunmetal does look good!

aren't those front rims gtr rims ? lol but i was planning on the same color as the gtr ones they would look good with the 20s, but in my case only the 18s :c

If you're going the budget paint route, I suggest sticking with the same color. I vote Black.

I also vote black. I was actually thinking about painting my stock 18's too since my budget is tight. Trying to decide whether or not to add a red stripe. I think it will look funky on a diamond graphite.

That's true but with 18's, gunmetal will make the rims look even smaller.

The end results for the rims, I got new tires on them is it safe to be running 255/55/R18 ? (I don't know what R18 means) I know the OEM sizes are 265/65 and I know this baby is gonna need a drop real bad, lol

R18 denotes diameter of rim, so in your case 18" wheel = R18.

I use to run a slightly smaller than stock diameter tires on my 20s. Speedo is a tad off but no issues, except for huge tire gap!

yeahh i did the check its like .8mph off for the speedo when im at 60 and im kinda embarrassed by the tire gap i have on it now but just as long its safe to run them im okay with it, the tires were basically a steal
