Overdrive or cog pulleys for stillen blower

Hi guys, firstly would like to know if anyone has changed to a cog pulley set up with their Stillen blower...There isnt space to upgrade to an 8 rib belt and lower pulley so need to know any info on changing to a cogged pulley set up..Size/brand...etc
Any info would be great...Tks all

Hi bro, yes, i did...got 3 custom pullies made and a cog belt to match. no belt slip with 1.21b boost...pullies were not cheap and took 2 to 3 months to final get them right...Photo encluded..cheers..Any question..let me know...tks

Apparently, Stillen is no longer selling their s.c's. They told me the manufacturer discontinued them. This may be for all years/models, I'm not sure, but 03-08 for sure. I'd think @ some point the pricing is going to become much more favorable w/the discontinued status.
What's the hp/tq you're making? When you said 1.2lb's of boost, I assume you meant 12 lbs. I've always liked the positive displacement blowers but many seem to fail at getting great results on the vq w/the Stillen.
