Maybe that engine was abused that led to that mess. I think with normal maintenence, checking and topping off oil when needed and following Nissan's fluid recommendations and intervals we should all have VKs that will hit 200K with no issues. And hell no, I'm not driving like a grandma anytime soon either! :sluggish:
 
Bought some Seafoam today, I have 57k miles on Lola, should I go a half dose to start? Not sure how stong this stuff is. I once had VR6 jetta that I did a massive system cleaning at the dealer, after that I got an intermittent fuel clog under WOT. Basicly I don't want to break off a bunch of build up and get a sludge clog or cause damage, what would current users or other IS members recommend for my mileage?
 
I just threw a whole can in with 16 gallons of gas, 1 ounce per gallon.

Next is in oil when closer to oil change, around 10.5 ounces for 7 quarts of oil.

Use at your own risk, but I have 140k miles.
