opinions on new ebay exhaust

just read about 30 pages on g35 driver .com and all seemed to love the sound and say tip fitment isnt perfect but easily fixable. the pipe out of muffler are straight for a couple inches-would it be easy for a muffler shop to sut the straight part and extend from there??

aslo will the hangers match up with the fx like it does on g? i think it should fit

heard sev clips. deep mellow no rasp. they also siad 1st versions had rust issues but not the current ones,

also i live in ms. no salt, harsh smog like some places
 
o ok im just wondering b/c i havent been able to find an exhaust i really like. The Nismo sounds grea revving but I dont care for the sound under load (Its good but not better than stock IMO) Stillen is too expensive/not that great. Hks is prob my fav of the group but i still dont like it enough to buy. this one sounds better under load than rev to me But its a tuff call. Still looking into Invidia and AAM but i cant seem to fall in love with any....

if you think the nismo isnt better then stock you are wrong. have you heard it in person?

AAm truedual will ruin your lowend

invidia is quiet unless you have a 45

if you want loud just delete the cats and muffler lol
 
i dont necessarily want it loud i want it to sound nice ya kno. im used to bein around big vettes and screaming ferraris so maybe my idea of nice sounding is jaded but i do like the nismo dont get me wrong it just isnt my first choice. Ya ive heard that about AAM/ we need all the low end we can get lol. I dunno if your firmiliar with Tubi exhaust but we need to get them to make an exhaust for the fx. Their exhaust has the perfect amount of loudness and a sweet sounding tone

thats why i went with the nismo....no loss of anything

and im in the same type of place...you;re driving a v6 haha
 
Haha ya i forget sometimes/ Have you seen on the AAM site about how it says their exhaust sounds like a Z06 Vette now thats funny. Id prob get HKS or Nismo

it sounds like a z06 vette if you put it on a z06 haha....... it may have the same dB but not the same sound...... go for hks or

two people that reviewed this said it was loud, but most said it was tolerable.

who is really going to look under my car to inspect it??

i plan on giving it a try soon who knows??

i have always liked loud
