Now I have replaced all the outside lights except the fog lights which will be next week the front looks great except the headlights which look pale in comparison, whats involved which replacing the standard headlight with a brighter version and what options do I have... I don't want to do a lot of work if there was just a brighter replacement that would be perfect. Thanks in advance. Mark

1. Counter clockwise twist to open the cap on the back of the headlight housing.
2. Counter clockwise twist on the silver igniter that you will see once you have the cap off.
3. Squeeze the wire spring clip and lift it out of the slot.
4. Bulb is free to remove from the back of the projector

Also since yours is an FX50s I assume you have the moving adaptive headlights?
I have them on mine and notice you need to be really careful changing headlight bulbs otherwise you could trigger an error light on the dash. Always make sure the wire to the back of the bulb is out of the way so that the projector can make a complete turn when you move the steering.

I do have a question, I replaced the otherbulbs at the front with 5500 LED bulbs, can someone recommend a comparablebulb, and where is the best place to get it. I know I ask a lot of questions, it’sjust that I would rather go with what others have tried and tested, I wouldrather take the advice of someone on this forum that a salesman! again thankyou in advance for you help.
