Someone told me that I could install an Internet router specially for cars that will allows me to surf the Internet on the stock screen of the FX exactly like laptops or desktop. It create a wifi signals on board and you can use also SIM card to use 3G network when wifi not in range.
I know this exist for the Mercedes and some other cars but anyone knows where to find it.

I suppose you could generate a hot spot from your mobile device and tap into that signal.
Are you thinking of the OEM screen or a custom tablet install like some have done?

Check out autonet.com. They have a new one that has a docking station so you can put it in another car. Prices are around $50/mo for 5gb. But, it does not have 4g, so streaming videos is not going to work well.

Verizon's mifi is another route you can take. They have different plans upto $80/mo for 10gb. Sprint has Overdrive for $50/mo for unlimited. Both are on a 4g network and are able to stream videos clearly.

As previous stated, if your phone has hot spot, you can use that as well.

Exactly.

I have my Galaxy Note 2 rooted with tethering activated and my Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet runs off that. Anyone else who needed to could do so as well in the car.

The dedicated hot spots would work as well of course except these new plans and prices are rediculous. I refuse to pay for something like that if I can't get unlimited bandwidth.

As to the OPs question regarding the use of the cars native screen... I'd be surprised if that was possible without some significant electronics work and interfaces to the existing system.
