but on a serious note, i've never been a fan of Mazdas. They look nice, but that's where it ends. They rust fast and from what I've heard they have lots of issues. I know a few at work who bought a mazda 6, within the first 20K they replaced the power steering, alternator, battery, and some other big things all under warranty. After warranty was up, that's when they got a ride of a lifetime with the cost of parts. They are not cheap. Alternator was $650 alone!! on a small Mazda..insane I tell ya..
The only brands I would ever consider are Nissan/Infiniti,Toyota/Lexus/Scion. All the rest have deficiencies in basic concepts or should stick to making lawnmowers, ie., Honda.
